شبیه‌سازی عددی برش سنگ با تیغه‌ دیسکی TBM در آزمون برش خطی

چکیده

برآورد دقیق نیروهای برشی وارد بر تیغه­ها برای طراحی عوامل عملیاتی TBM مثل نیروی پیشران و گشتاور بسیار مهم است. برای انجام این کار، ابتدا نیروهای برشی وارد بر یک دیسک منفرد و همچنین عملکرد آن برای یک سنگ خاص با انجام آزمون‌های برش سنگ تعیین می‌شود. سپس نتایج آن برای استفاده و طراحی TBM در همان نوع سنگ تعمیم داده می­شود. با توجه به عدم امکان انجام آزمون­های برش خطی بزرگ‌مقیاس در کشور، در این تحقیق آزمون برش خطی با استفاده از روش عددی شبیه­سازی شد. ابتدا نیروهای وارد بر یک دیسک سالم از نوع مقطع ثابت و همچنین انرژی ویژه برش با استفاده از کد المان محدود ABAQUS تخمین زده شد و برای صحت‌سنجی، نتایج مدل عددی با نتایج آزمایشگاهی آزمون برش خطی مقایسه شد. مقایسه نیروها و انرژی ویژه برش حاصل از شبیه­سازی عددی با آزمون‌های برش خطی واقعی تطابق بسیار خوبی را نشان داد. مقایسه نتایج نشان داد که نیروهای برش حاصل از شبیه‌سازی، انحراف حداکثر 15 و 21 درصدی به ترتیب برای نیروی قائم و نیروی غلتشی نسبت به میانگین نیروها در کار آزمایشگاهی دارد.
