ارزیابی سایش ابزار برشی در تونلسازی مکانیزه در زمینهای نرم- مطالعه موردی: تونل قطعه شمالی- جنوبی خط 7 متروی تهران

چکیده

سایش ابزارهای برش و دیگر اجزای ماشین حفر تونل فشار تعادلی زمین (EPB-TBM) که در تماس با مصالح برجا و حفاری شده هستند یکی از فاکتورهای مهم در تونلسازی مکانیزه در زمین‌های نرم است‌. در ماشن‌های EPB، بازرسی کله‌حفار ماشین و تعمیر و نگهداری ابزارهای برش تحت شرایط پرفشار یا هایپرباریک انجام می‌شود که یک فرآیند زمان‌بر، خطرناک و پرهزینه است و باعث ایجاد تأخیر در فرآیند حفاری و کاهش ضریب بهره‌وری عملیات تونلسازی می‌شود. در این مطالعه، سایش ابزارهای برش ماشین حفار خط 7 متروی تهران در طول 6500 متر ابتدایی مسیر تونل مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. در این مسافت از تونل، تعداد 1169 ابزار برش مصرف شده است که از این تعداد 654 عدد ریپر، 357 عدد اسکریپر و 153 عدد دیسک است‌. در این مقاله تأثیر فاکتورهای زمین‌شناسی و اپراتوری ماشین روی سایش ابزارهای برش به‌صورت کمی و با استفاده از اندازه‌گیری‌های میدانی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته شده است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که با افزایش فشار زمین، نیروی پیشران و گشتاور کله‌حفار، مصرف ابزارهای برش به‌طور مشخص افزایش می‌یابد. همچنین، بهسازی خاک نقش کلیدی در کنترل سایش ابزارهای برش بازی می‌کند؛ به‌طوری‌که حتی در خاک‌های دانه‌درشت می‌توان با بهبود فاکتورهای بهسازی خاک، سایش ابزارهای برش را کاهش داد.
