شناسایی و بررسی عوامل پیچیدگی در پروژه‌های صنعتی ایران با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری (مطالعه موردی: پروژه چند منظوره (تونل، سد و نیروگاه) اومااویا در کشور سریلانکا)

چکیده

اهمیت پیچیدگی در مدیریت پروژه به چند دلیل است، اولا بر مدل‌ سازی، ارزیابی و کنترل پروژه‌ها و اهداف زمان، هزینه، کیفیت و ایمنی تاثیر می‌گذارد. ثانیا می‌تواند در انتخاب یک سازمان و مدیر پروژه مناسب از منظر تخصص و الزامات تجربه‌ای موثر باشد، نتایج مطالعات ما ، دو جنبه را نشان می‌دهد، اولا عدم اجماع جهانی در تعریف پیچیدگی پروژه و دوما بیان این واقعیت که تمرکز مدل‌های پیچیدگی اساسا بر اهداف و روش‌ها، سطح توافق در قطعیت و یا تعداد عناصر، وابستگی های داخلی یا در نظر گرفتن جنبه‌های دیگر پیچیدگی است. این پژوهش شامل بررسی جامع برای نشان دادن درک کنونی مشترکات و تفاوت های موجود در تحقیقات موجود است. این امر با مطالعه و بررسی بیش از دویست مقاله پژوهشی با بیشترین تعداد ارجاعات از یک گروه اصلی نزدیک به هزار مقاله، منتشر شده در بازه زمانی سالهای 1990 تا 2022 میلادی حاصل گردیده است. مفهوم پیچیدگی پروژه تحلیل شده و در ضمن معرفی نظریه‌های موجود، عوامل ایجاد پیچیدگی مستخرج از تحقیقات صورت گرفته، در 9 گروه فرآیندی دسته بندی و بررسی گردیده است. در نهایت با ترکیب مطالعات انجام شده با نظر خبرگان و کارشناسان شاغل در ساخت پروژه چند منظوره اومااویا تلاش شد رهنمودی جدید در پیچیدگی برای پروژه‌های صنعتی ایران ارائه گردد.
