بررسی عددی تاثیر پرکننده خرده لاستیک (TDA)درکاهش نیروهای داخلی تونل کند و پوش واقع در عمق‌های مختلف تحت شرایط استاتیکی

چکیده

طراحی سازه‌های زیرزمینی، به ویژه تونل‌ها، همواره نیازمند ارزیابی دقیق نیروهای داخلی ناشی از فشارهای استاتیکی سرباره وارد بر پوشش تونل است. در این راستا، استفاده از مصالح سبک و انعطاف‌پذیر همچون خرده لاستیک مشتق شده از تایرهای فرسوده (TDA) به عنوان مصالح اطراف تونل، راهکاری نوین و مؤثر در کاهش تنش‌های وارده به سازه محسوب می‌شود. این ماده با ویژگی‌هایی نظیر وزن مخصوص کم، مدول سختی پایین، و قابلیت جذب تنش، می‌تواند نقش قابل توجهی در بهبود رفتار مکانیکی تونل ایفا کند. در پژوهش حاضر، عملکرد خرده لاستیک TDAدر کاهش نیروهای داخلی تحت شرایط بارگذاری استاتیکی به صورت عددی بررسی شده است. ابتدا مدل عددی از طریق یک تونل کند و پوش بررسی شده در چین مورد راستی آزمایی قرار گرفت. تونل در سه نسبت عمق بدون بعد h/a=1.5,2.5,3.5 در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش عمق مدفون، نیروهای برشی و گشتاورهای خمشی افزایش می‌یابد، اما میزان افزایش در حالت استفاده از خرده‌لاستیک کمتر است. به‌طور متوسط، درحضور خرده لاستیک، نیروی برشی در اجزای تونل بین ۲۰ تا ۵۷ درصد و گشتاور خمشی بین ۱۵ تا ۳۵ درصد کاهش یافت و بیشترین کاهش مربوط به دیواره‌های جانبی تونل بود. همچنین، جابجایی قائم بیشینه با حضور خرده‌لاستیک افزایش یافت که بیانگر کاهش سختی مؤثر خاک اطراف تونل است. در نتیجه، خرده‌لاستیک با ایجاد رفتار نرم‌تر در توده خاک موجب توزیع مجدد تنش‌ها و کاهش نیروهای داخلی تونل می‌شود، هرچند تغییرشکل کلی اطراف سازه افزایش یافت.
