تحلیل پارامتری اندرکنش بین تونلهای موازی و زمین اطراف با تکیه بر موقعیت نسبی و روند حفاری آنها (مطالعه موردی: برای تونلهای ساخته شده در محیط شهری شیراز)
توسعه صنعت حمل و نقل باعث ساخت تونل­هایی در همسایگی هم شده است. این تونل­ها به طور موازی در کنار هم قرار می­گیرند یا به طور متقاطع غیر هم سطح ساخته می­شوند. محل قرارگیری این تونل­ها نسبت به یک دیگر و روند حفاری آن­ها در توزیع تنش اطراف تونل­ها و روی رفتار زمین تاثیر گذار است. عدم درک مناسب رفتار سازه­های مجاور می­تواند منجر به بروز حوادث جبران ناپذیر شود. به همین دلیل مطالعه این سازه­ها امری ضروری است. هدف از انجام مطالعه بررسی کامل تاثیر حفاری تونل­های موازی بر نیروهای القایی وارد بر پوشش نگهداری تونل اول و نشست سطح زمین به منظور شناخت رفتار سازه­های مجاور می­باشد. در این مقاله با استفاده از روش اجزا محدود پلکسیس دو بعدی این تحلیل­ها انجام شده است. طبق نتایج به دست آمده با افزایش فاصله افقی بین دو تونل، مقدار نشست سطحی کاهش می­یابد در حالی که با افزایش فاصله قائم بین تونل­ها مقدار نشست سطحی افزایش یافته است. همچنین افزایش عمق تونل دوم باعث افزایش بار القایی و لنگر خمشی بر روی پوشش نگهداری تونل اول شده است. افزایش فاصله قائم باعث تغییرات بیش­تری نسبت به افزایش فاصله افقی بین دو تونل روی موارد خروجی مورد نظر دارد.

کنترل سلامت سازه جهت شناسایی خرابیها در فضاهای زیرزمینی- مطالعه موردی
با توسعه و رشد جمعیت در شهرهای بزرگ؛ نیاز به استفاده از امکانات حملونقل همگانی مانند مترو رو به افزایش است. با توجه به اهمیت شبکه حملونقل شهری، توجه به کنترل سلامت سازههای زیرزمینی در برابر بارهای استاتیکی و دینامیکی بسیار حائز اهمیت میباشد. از آنجا که ایران یکی از کشورهای لرزهخیز جهان است در چند سال اخیر شاهد وقوع زلزلههای مخرب و ویرانگری بوده و خسارتهای سنگینی را به همراه داشته است. براساس مطالعات پیشین، سازههای زیرزمینی در برابر زلزله از ایمنی بیشتری برخوردار است. زیرا سازههای سطحی تنها در کف و سطح تحتانی به زمین متصل هستند. در صورتی که سازههای زیرزمینی درگیری کاملی با محیط دربرگیرنده داشته و در برابر بارهای زلزله مقاومتر هستند. اما با این حال با توجه با اینکه اغلب متروها در خاکهای کم عمق شهری احداث میشوند، گزارشهایی از خسارتهای سنگین و آسیب به این فضاهای زیرزمینی در برابر بار زلزله وجود داشته است. به همین دلیل شناسایی آسیب و کنترل سلامت فضاهای زیرزمینی بخصوص متروها از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است. در این تحقیق، با توجه به عدمقطعیت در پارامترهای زمین و همچنین عدم پیشبینی دقیق از مسیر حفاری از نرمافزار 3DEC (در زمان برخورد با لایههای سنگی) در کنار نرمافزار PLAXIS3D2020 برای تحلیل استاتیکی و دینامیکی تونل خط 2 مترو مشهد استفاده شده است. بعلاوه در این تحقیق به منظور کنترل سلامت سازه (خط 2 مترو مشهد) از روشهای تبدیل موجک (WT) استفاده شده است. به همین منظور سیگنال دریافتی توسط تحلیلهای دینامیکی فراخوانی شده و با استفاده از جعبه ابزار تبدیل موجک در نرمافزار MATLAB، محلهای آسیب در مدل (اطراف پوشش بتنی و مرزهای کناری) شناسایی شد که بدیهی است پس از شناسایی محل آسیب میتوان با استفاده از سیستم نگهداری مناسب از ریزش سازه زیرزمینی در محلهای شناسایی شده جلوگیری کرد.

تحلیل عددی اثر لایههای خاکی در جلوگیری از انتقال انرژی مکانیکی امواج ضربهای سطحی در زمین با روش المان محدود
امروزه اهمیت استفاده از سازههای زیرزمینی برای حفاظت از زیرساختهای ملی حیاتی و حساس مانند تونلهای قطار شهری، تأسیسات زیرزمینی شهری، پناهگاهها بر هیچکسی پوشیده نیست. در تحقیق حاضر، ضمن بررسی مطالعات گذشته بر روی نحوه طراحی سازههای امن زیرزمینی، با استفاده از مدلسازی عددی، رفتار سازههای زیرزمینی در برابر بار ضربهای مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است تا طرحی ارائه شود که با استفاده از خواص محیط دربرگیرنده اینگونه سازهها، اثر ضربه انتقالیافته در محیط بر روی سازة زیرزمینی کاهش داده شود. در این راستا، مدلسازی چیدمان خاک تکلایه، دولایه و سه لایه و همچنین لایههای ترکیبی از خاک و سنگ، در نرمافزار المان محدود ABAQUS انجامشده است. بیشینه فشار ناشی از بار ضربهای، در مدلهای مختلف مورد مقایسه و درنهایت با مقایسه نتایج مدلهای بکار گرفتهشده در این مطالعه نشان داده شد که ترتیب چیدمان لایه در خاکها در کاهش بیشینه فشار حاصل از بارگذاری ضربهای مؤثر است، به صورتی که به بیشترین میزان دمپ موج ضربهای زمانی حاصلشده که لایه سنگی با بیشترین درجه هوازدگی و یا خاک ماسهای (مشابه خاک تیپ 2 در آئیننامه TM5-855) در نزدیکترین موقعیت نسبت به سازة زیرزمینی موردنظر قرارگرفته باشد.

تأثیر مخروطی بودن سپر حفاری در جابجایی و بار وارد بر خط لوله در زمینهای لایهای طی عملیات لوله رانی
امروزه اکثر سازههای زیرزمینی بصورت مکانیزه و با استفاده از سپرهای حفاری ایجاد میشوند. از چالشهای اساسی در سازههای زیرزمینی تغییرشکلزمین است که تحلیل آن برای اهداف ایمنی و طراحی پروژه امری لازم و ضروری است. یکی از پارامترهای مؤثر در جابجایی زمین، شکل و هندسه سپر حفاری میباشد. با توجه به این که در عملیات لولهرانی لولهها متصل به سپر حفاری هستند بنابراین اجازه رهایی تنش و جابجایی اولیه به محیط داده نمیشود. پس مخروطی لحاظ کردن سپر حفاری میتواند این مشکل را حل کند. این مطالعه تأثیر مخروطی بودن سپر حفاری در جابجایی زمین را مورد بررسی قرار داده و با سایر پارامترهای اساسی مقایسه شده است. از نرم افزار المان محدود پلکسیس برای مدلسازی عددی استفاده شده و نتایج حاصل از مدلسازی عددی با نتایج بهدستآمده از مطالعات میدانی و تحلیلی کالیبره شده است. تأثیر بار وارده بر خط لوله نیز از فاکتورهایی است که مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. درنهایت مشخص گردید که رابطه مخروطی بودن سپر حفاری با جابجایی سطح زمین بصورت خطی میباشد. بار وارده بر خط لوله نیز با افزایش مخروطی بودن سپر از 3/0 % به 9/0 % تقریباً دو برابر میشود. یکی از مهمترین کاربردهای این پژوهش، امکان کنترل جابجایی زمین با توجه پارامترها میباشد.

ارائه یک متدولوژی جدید در تخمین فشار سینهکار ماشین TBM-EPB: مطالعه موردی
با گسترش روزافزون محیطهای شهری، ایجاد و توسعه سیستمهای حملونقل درون شهری به منظور کاهش ترافیک، آلودگیها و کاهش هزینههای ناشی از عبور و مرور درون شهری امری ضروری است. با توجه به اینکه بخش مهمی از هزینه ساخت مترو مربوط به حفاری و نگهداری تونلها میشود. بنابراین یکی از مهمترین تصمیمها در بحث ساخت تونلهای مترو روش حفاری در محیطهای آبرفتی و ریزشی میباشد. حفاری تونل توسط ماشین TBM-EPB در مقایسه با سایر روشهای حفاری در خاکهای نرم و مناطق ریزشی یک روش سریع، پرقدرت و همراه با نگهداری است. یکی از عوامل بسیار مهم در جلوگیری از ریزش سینهکار در حین حفاری در زمینهای نرم و آبرفتی برآورد فشار سینهکار بهینه ماشین حفاری در هر مرحله حفاری (کیلومتراژهای مختلف) میباشد. زیرا کم و یا زیاد بودن فشار سینهکار ماشین حفاری منجر به افزایش هزینهها، خسارتهای جانی، سختی زیاد و همچنین منجر به وقفه در اتمام پروژه میشود. در این مقاله به دلیل عدم قطعیت در پارامترهای ژئوتکنیکی و حساسیت تونلهای شهری، مسئله از دیدگاه احتمالاتی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. به همین منظور، ابتدا برای 50 حالت مختلف مدلسازی عددی خط 2 مترو تبریز با استفاده از نرمافزار PLAXIS3D2020 صورت گرفته و در ادامه از روش شبیهسازی مونتکارلو برای تولید اعداد تصادفی و اختصاص توزیعهای احتمالاتی مناسب استفاده شده است. سپس با استفاده از الگوریتم فراابتکاری گرگ خاکستری (GWO) فشار سینهکار ماشینTBM-EPB با کمک رابطه پیشبینی بدست آمده، تخمین زده شده است. در نهایت به منظور ارزیابی و صحتسنجی رابطه بدست آمده از شاخصهای آماری ضریب همبستگی مربع (R2)، شمول واریانس (VAF)، میانگین درصد خطای مطلق (MAPE)، جذر میانگین خطای مربع (RMSE) و میانگین خطای مربع (MSE) استفاده شده است. با توجه به اعتبارسنجی مدل، رابطه ایجاد شده توسط الگوریتم گرگ خاکستری به واقعیت مسئله بسیار نزدیک بوده و از آن میتوان برای ادامه مسیر در مناطق مشابه دیگر استفاده کرد.

تأثیر نوع لایهبندی خاک بر انتشار امواج حاصل از انفجار سطحی بر تونلهای مدفون (مطالعه موردی تونل مترو اصفهان مسیر صفه-آزادی)
درک رفتار خاک تحت بارگذاری انفجار برای مهندسان ژئوتکنیک، معدن و پدافند غیرعامل از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. هنگامی که خاک تحت بارگذاری انفجاری قرار دارد و اندرکنش مواد منفجره-خاک-سازه مطرح میشود خاک از خود رفتار پیچیدهای نشان میدهد. در این مقاله به بررسی تأثیر نوع لایهبندی و جنس خاک در میرایی تنشهای حاصل از انفجار، تأثیر تغییرات در فاصله مرکز انفجار تا تونلها در سطح زمین و تغییرات وزن ماده منفجره بسته به نوع بمب در تمامی حالات بررسی شده است. به صورت موردی در این مقاله تونل مترو اصفهان در مسیر صفه-آزادی مدلسازی و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. جنس خاک در مسیر خط مترو به تناوب لایه آبرفتی، ماسهسنگ و ترکیب لایه آبرفتی-ماسهسنگی است. مدلسازی و تحلیل این موضوع بهوسیله نرمافزار المان محدود FLAC انجام گرفته است. مدل رفتاری مورد استفاده در این طراح، مدل رفتاری مورکلمب است. برای بررسی تأثیر بار دینامیکی انفجار سطحی بر روی تونل متروی اصفهان، مقطعی مشخص از مسیر تونل تحت بار دینامیکی انفجار مدلسازی شده است. بر اساس تحلیلهای صورت گرفته، اصابت بمبهای GP در کلاسهای 100 تا 2000 هر کدام به نسبت وزن ماده انفجاری که در خود دارند میتواند صدمات جدی به سازه زیرزمینی وارد کند. با توجه به تحلیلهای صورت گرفته لایه خاک از جنس ماسهسنگ خاصیت میرایی بیشتری نسبت به لایه آبرفتی دارد. تونل مدفون در خاک آبرفتی تنها تا بار انفجار سطحی حاصل از 56 کیلوگرم TNT و تونل مدفون در ماسهسنگی بار انفجار ناشی از 165 کیلوگرم TNT را تحمل میکند. با توجه به تحلیل و بررسی تأثیر فاصله انفجار تا سازه زیرزمینی با افزایش فاصله انفجار به اندازه قطر تونل (D) میزان جابجایی تاج تونل 43% کاهش پیدا میکند. از سوی دیگر وجود تونل مجاور باعث به وجود آمدن نیروهای اندرکنشی حاصل از وزن سازه مدفون و انعکاس امواج انفجار به دلیل صلبیت جداره تونل در محیط باعث افزایش جابجایی-های ناشی از انفجار میشود.
