عوامل بروز ادعا در یکی از پروژههای طرح و ساخت زیرزمینی ایران (پروژه تونل و زیرگذر شهر تهران)
در اکثر پروژهها با روشهای مختلف اجرایی، امکان بروز ادعا از سوی عوامل مختلف وجود دارد. از طرفی بهرهبرداری سریعتر از پروژهها، موجب نیاز به استفاده از روش طرح و ساخت شده است؛ اما اجرای پروژهها به این روش در ایران، در مقایسه با دیگر روشهای موجود، نوظهور بوده و ارکان پروژهها نیز آشنایی کمی با آن دارند؛ به همین دلیل بروز اختلاف به خصوص در پروژههای زیرزمینی که ماهیت پیچیدهای دارند، امری اجتنابناپذیر است. در تحقیق حاضر، با بررسی اسناد پروژه تونل و زیرگذر شهر تهران و انجام 10 مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با نمایندگانی از ارکان اصلی اجرای پروژه، برخی عوامل ایجاد ادعا شناسایی شدهاند. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها که با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام و از طریق نمودار گانت نشان داده شد، مشخص شد که بعضا ادعاها در طول اجرای پروژه به صورت زنجیروار، منجر به رخداد همدیگر میشوند. همچنین نمایش زمان بروز ادعاها به تفکیک پنج گروه فرآیندی مدیریت پروژه نشان داد، بیشتر ادعاها در گروه فرآیندی ساخت اتفاق میافتد که ریشه در گروههای فرآیندی آغازین و برنامهریزی دارد.

ارائه یک روش به منظور کاهش نشست سطحی زمین و جلوگیری از گیر افتادن ماشین TBM-EPB – مطالعه موردی
در سالهای اخیر و همزمان با توسعه و گسترش شهرها، افزایش جمعیت و وسایل نقلیه، ساخت خطوط ریلی زیرزمینی با روش تونلسازی مکانیزه رو به افزایش است. یکی از مشکلات رایج حفاری مکانیزه EPB-TBM در مناطق ضعیف و ناپایدار، همگرایی تونل است که موجب بروز مشکلاتی از قبیل گیرکردن سپر ماشین EPB-TBM، نشست سطح زمین و آسیب دیدن ساختمانهای اطراف تونل در محیطهای شهری میشود. به دلیل عدمقطعیت در مقادیر پارامترهای خاک منطقه، برآورد فشار سینهکار، فشار جکهای تراست و گشتاور کلهی حفاری در کیلومتراژهای مختلف امری بسیار مهم برای جلوگیری از همگرایی بیش از حد تونل، گیر کردن سپر ماشین EPB-TBM و نشست سطح زمین است. به دلیل وجود عدم قطعیت در مقادیر پارامترهای سنگ و خاک، در این مقاله میزان فشار سینهکار، نیروی جکهای تراست، گشتاور کله حفاری و میزان نشست سطح زمین ناشی از حفاری در کیلومتراژهای مختلفی در پروژه ساخت مترو فرودگاه جدید استانبول در ترکیه با استفاده از نرمافزار عددی PLAXIS3D2020 مدلسازی شده است. نتایج حاصل از مدلسازی نشان میدهد در خیلی از مواقع به منظور جلوگیری از گیر افتادن سپر ماشین میتوان فشار سینهکار توسط اپراتور را افزایش داد؛ همچنین علاوه بر فشار سینهکار میتوان با اضافه کردن سیلندرها بین انتهای سپر و آخرین حلقه پوشش سگمنتی، باعث عبور ماشین حفاری از منطقه ریزشی شد. مطابق با نتایج بدست آمده در این مقاله، تنظیم فشار سینهکار، نیروی جکهای تراست و گشتاور کلهحفاری علاوه بر حل مشکل گیر افتادن سپر ماشین حفاری، سبب کاهش نشست سطح زمین و آسیب به سازهها روی سطح زمین خواهد شد.

پیشبینی نرخ نفوذ TBM با استفاده از شبکههای عصبی و سیستمهای فازی-عصبی (مطالعه موردی از 14 تونل حفر شده در سنگ سخت)
پیش بینی نرخ نفوذ TBMها یکی از مهمترین موضوعات برای تخمین هزینههای حفاری و مدت زمان اجرا در پروژههای تونلسازی است، اما این موضوع همچنان برای مهندسین و سرمایهگذاران یک چالش مهم محسوب میشود. نتایج تحقیقات گذشته نشان میدهد که برای پیشبینی نرخ نفوذ، روشهای متفاوتی ارائه شدهاند که از جملهی این روشها میتوان به روشهای تجربی و تئوری بهعنوان روشهای کلاسیک و قدیمیتر و شبکههای عصبی، شبکههای فازی و یا شبکههای فازی-عصبی به عنوان روشهای هوشمند و جدید اشاره کرد. روشهای مدرن در تحلیل روابط پیچیده و غیرخطی، از توانایی بالاتری نسبت به روشهای کلاسیک برخوردار هستند؛ لذا استفاده از آنها سبب رسیدن به نتایج دقیقتری برای پیشبینی نرخ نفوذ خواهد شد. در این پژوهش از یک بانک اطلاعاتی شامل 14 تونل از سراسر جهان بهرهگرفته شده است. پارامترهای انتخاب شده برای پیشبینی نرخ نفوذ شامل ترکیبی از پارامترهای مربوط به ماشین و تودهسنگ است، از جمله نیروی عمودی وارد بر تیغه (Fn)، تعداد دور در دقیقه (RPM)، قطر تونل (TD)، امتیاز ردهبندی تودهسنگ (RMR)، شاخص کیفی سنگ ((RQD و مقاومت فشاری تکمحوری (UCS). با تحلیل و بررسی نتایج مربوطه مشخص گردید که حذف یا عدم استفاده از پارامترهای مناسب میتواند سبب کاهش چشمگیری در پیشبینی نرخ نفوذ شود. بر این اساس نتایج نشان میدهد که پارامترهای UCS و RQD مهمترین پارامترهای تاثیرگذار در پیشبینی نرخ نفوذ هستند. این نتایج همچنین نشان میدهد که استفاده از شبکههای فازی-عصبی (13/0=RMSE) در مقایسه با روشهای عصبی (38/0=RMSE) از دقت بیشتری برخوردار است.

بررسی اثر حفر تونل برنشست سازههای اطراف آن با نگرش ویژه بر ارتفاع و عرض سازه مطالعه موردی: تونل مترو اصفهان
در احداث ساختارهای زیرزمینی شهری، عبور تونل­ها از زیر سازه­های سطحی امری اجتناب­ناپذیر است. پیش­بینی و کنترل تغییر شکل­های حاصل از حفاری، به ویژه نشست سطحی زمین، همواره باید پیش از حفاری مورد توجه قرار گیرد. به این منظور در مقاله به بررسی اثر حفر تونل بر نشست ساختمان­های مجاور تونل با نگرش ویژه بر ارتفاع و عرض سازه پرداخته شده است. تونل مترو اصفهان به صورت موردی در نظر گرفته شده است و از نرم­افزار FLAC2D جهت مدل­سازی در استفاده شده است. در این مقاله محدوده ایستگاه میدان آزادی تا ایستگاه شیخ کلینی و اطلاعات ساختمان­های منطقه در نظر گرفته شده و به بررسی اثر عرض و ارتفاع سازه­های اطراف تونل بر میزان نشست سطح زمین در اثر حفر تونل پرداخته شده است. با توجه به تراکم زیاد سازه­ها در این منطقه و برنامه توسعه شهری احتمال تخریب بسیاری از سازه­ها و احداث سازه­های جدید در این منطقه وجود دارد. جهت تعیین مشخصات ژئوتکنیکی محدوده مورد مطالعه در سه منطقه مطالعات ژئوتکنیکی صورت گرفته است و جهت صحت­سنجی نتایج با استفاده از ابزاردقیق نشست سازه مجاور در مدت زمان 90 روز بررسی شده است. با توجه به تحلیل­های انجام گرفته، در ساختمان با عرض 10 متر و تعداد طبقات 4 (ارتفاع 12 متر) محدوده­ی مجاز ساخت سازه در حدود 65/1 متر و با افزایش تعداد طبقات به 8 و 12 طبقه این فاصله به حدود 5/4 و 9 متر رسیده است و نسبت به ساختمان 4 طبقه به ترتیب 72/2 و 45/5 برابر افزایش یافته است. با افزایش تعداد طبقات به 12، محدوده مجاز ساخت سازه برای عرض 20 و 30 متر به ترتیب نسبت به ساختمان با عرض 10 متر به ترتیب 5/1 و 7/2 برابر افزایش یافته است. لازم به ذکر است، نتایج به دست آمده برای مناطق مشابه با منطقه مورد نظر از نظر ویژگی­های ساختگاه و مشخصات تونل می­تواند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

برآورد نیروی محوری طولی باقیمانده در پوشش تونلهای سگمنتی ناشی از نیروی جک های پیشران TBM
پوشش تونل ها در اجرا با دستگاه حفاری تمام مقطع سپری در محیط های شهری شامل قطعات بتنی (سگمنتی) می باشد که در هر گام پیشروی یک رینگ را تشکیل می دهند. جک های پیشران دستگاه حفاری، نیروی زیادی بر رینگ ها وارد می نمایند. این نیروها به تناوب کاهش یافته و مجدداً اعمال می گردند که مقداری از این نیروها در داخل پوشش باقی میمانند. این نیروی محوری طولی می تواند در سختی خمشی طولی کل پوشش تونل مؤثر باشد. از طرفی دوغاب تزریقی اطراف پوشش با توجه به ماهیت گیرش وابسته به زمان، تاثیر بسزایی بر مقدار این نیروی محوری دارد. در این مقاله ابتدا بر اساس نتایج حاصل از آزمایش های ادئومتری بر روی دوغاب پایه سیمانی تزریقی، مدل رفتاری وابسته به زمان برای شرایط محصور شده ارائه شده است. سپس یک روش پیشنهادی تحلیلی با استفاده از مدل رئولوژی مناسب، جهت مدلسازی ساخت مرحله ای، باگذاری چرخه ای جک های پیشران و نیز گیرش وابسته به زمان دوغاب ارائه گردید، بطوریکه امکان محاسبه نیروی باقیمانده در هر رینگ پوشش سگمنتی تونل میسر می گردد. بمنظور بررسی روش پیشنهادی، نیروی باقیمانده در پوشش تونل خط یک قطار شهری تبریز به این روش محاسبه شده و تحلیل حساسیتی نیز بر روی برخی پارامترهای اثرگذار انجام گردیده است.

تعیین عمق مناسب برای حفر تونلهای مترو با توجه به دیدگاههای فنی و هزینهای؛ مطالعه موردی خط دوم قطار شهری تبریز
عمق حفر تونل­های قطار شهری، به طور مستقیم روی هزینه­های حفر تونل و همچنین احداث ایستگاه­های قطار تاثیر دارد. کمینه کردن این هزینه­ها هدف تمام مدیران پروژه تونل­سازی است. در این تحقیق تاثیر عمق­های مختلف حفر تونل خط دو قطار شهری تبریز از دو دیدگاه فنی و هزینه­ای بررسی شده و عمق بهینه برای حفر تونل تعیین شده است. از دیدگاه فنی، نشست سطحی زمین مد نظر قرار گرفته است. در صورتی که مقدار نشست سطح زمین از 25 میلی­متر بیشتر باشد، باید مقدار روباره تا زمانی افزایش یابد که نشست سطح زمین به کمتر از 25 میلی­متر برسد. هزینه­های حفر تونل و همچنین احداث ایستگاه­ها نیز، دیدگاه هزینه­ای را در تعیین عمق بهینه تونل تشکیل می­دهند. برای این منظور، در این تحقیق، با افزایش عمق حفر تونل و همچنین با توجه به فاصله­ی ایستگاه­ها از هم، برای مقایسه هزینه­های احداث تونل و همچنین ساخت ایستگاه­ها، به سناریوهای متفاوت پرداخته شده است. نتایج نشان می­دهند؛ اعماقی که در آن روباره تونل کمتر از قطر تونل است، از دیدگاه فنی دارای نشست بیشتر از حد مجاز است؛ بنابراین حفر تونل در چنین عمق­هایی توصیه نمی­شود. از سوی دیگر، هزینه­های احداث تونل، با افزایش عمق ابتدا روند کاهشی داشته و سپس وقتی که روباره تونل از دو برابر مقدار قطر تونل بیشتر شود، هزینه­ها مجددا روند افزایشی می­یابد. هزینه­های احداث ایستگاه­ها با افزایش عمق احداث ایستگاه­ها، بیشتر شده و با روند تقریبا یکنواخت، افزایش می­یابد. بر اساس مطالعات انجام شده بر مبنای قیمت ابتدای سال 1399، احداث ایستگاه یک طبقه (در عمق بیشتر از شعاع تونل و کمتر از قطر تونل) هزینه­ای برابر با 95 میلیارد تومان و هزینه­ی احداث ایستگاه چهار طبقه (در اعماق بیشتر از دو برابر قطر تونل)، برابر با 250 میلیارد تومان است. بررسی و تحلیل نتایج سناریوهای مختلف مجموع هزینه­های ساخت تونل و ایستگاه­ها که در طول 17 کیلومتر مسیر مورد مطالعه با روش حفر مکانیزه این تحقیقات خط دوم قطاری شهری تبریز انجام شده است، نشان می­دهد، هر چه فاصله ایستگاه­ها از هم بیشتر شود، تاثیر عمق در مجموع هزینه­های ساخت تونل و اجرای ایستگاه­ها، کاهش می­یابد. با این وجود برای حفر تونل در زیر بافت شهری که فاصله ایستگاه­ها از هم عمدتا بین 800 تا 1200 متر است، مناسب­ترین عمق برای احداث تونل و ساخت ایستگاه­ها از هر دو دیدگاه فنی و هزینه­ای، عمقی است که تونل دارای روباره بیشتر از مقدار قطر تونل و همچنین کمتر از یک و نیم برابر قطر تونل داشته باشد
